All rates include VAT
All rates include breakfast, including one cooked breakfast per guest, per day
Additional cooked breakfast orders are subject to extra fees
Guests are welcome to invite external guests for breakfast at a charge of R150 per external guest
All rates exclude laundry, drinks, printing and telephone usage

50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your reservation

Please note that when paying by credit card online, the same credit card needs to be provided to Amanzi upon arrival
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival

In the event of your reservation being cancelled (partially or in full) 30 days or less prior to the booked arrival date, Amanzi Island Lodge will retain 50% of the total booking value of the portion cancelled
For reservations cancelled on the day of expected arrival, 100% of the total booking value will be payable to Amanzi Island Lodge
All refunds are subject to a deduction of 2.5% of booking value for bank charges incurred
Cancelled bookings that have a value of R10,000 or more will be subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee of 25% of the booking value, regardless of the date of cancellation. Should we be able to recoup the remaining portion of the “income lost” due to the cancelled booking we will refund the guest accordingly

Amanzi Island Lodge welcomes children over 2 years
Children from 2 to 5 years are charged at R350 per night when sharing the existing bed
Children from 6 to 18 years or 2 to 5 years not sharing the existing bed are charged at R1150 (1 Oct-30 Apr) or R1050 (1 May-30 Sep) per night. An extra bed will be made available in the suite
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1 (Loerie, Pansy Shell, Chameleon and Oystercatcher suites only)
Please take note that we have a swimming pool on the property that is unfenced
The safety of children is the responsibility of their parents or guardians and we ask that parents watch their children at all times
